Hello! While they may appear long, these terms and conditions are here so that we all know where we stand. Our priority is you, and making sure that your Jurnie experience is the very best it can be.

Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.


  1. All the details that you provide to Jurnie through this website (www.jurnie.co.uk) for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods must be true, accurate, and current. Credit cards, debit cards or PayPal accounts that you are using must be your own and you must ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

  2. You automatically agree to accept these terms and conditions and agree to receive email marketing communications from Jurnie by placing an order. You can opt-out of our email marketing communications at any time.

  3. At the point of ordering goods/services on www.Jurnie.co.uk, it represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods/services with the selected method of payment. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

  4. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to BB Boutique LTD trading as Jurnie. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose, unless specifically through the social sharing functionality on the website.

  5. We constantly review all aspects of our website to ensure all information contained within is correct to the best of our knowledge, this includes prices and descriptions. However, we will not accept liability for errors or omissions in the description and specifications of the goods/services or their prices as advertised on this website, or any other part of the site. With this in mind, if an order is made, and it includes such an error, it will not be accepted and we will be in touch with you to correct this.

  6. Our team works hard to make sure that this website is free from viruses or defects but cannot guarantee that it is. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to computer/ any other equipment caused by using this website. We recommend that you invest in the appropriate software to protect your belongings.

  7. Our systems are updated regularly, but human errors may occur. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Our customer services team work tirelessly to ensure that the website is up to date. If your order is no longer available, or we are currently out of stock, we will contact you via the supplied details to inform you as soon as possible. At this point, you may wish to receive a refund/ choose a different product or wait until the item is back in stock.

  8. If you have made a mistake, don’t panic – call our Customer Service team on +44 (0)121 679 2355 or email us at hello@jurnie.co.uk. Unfortunately, if we have already dispatched your order, you will have to pay to return any items to us.

  9. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT when appropriate. If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union, local taxes and import duties may be payable when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You are responsible for payment of any such taxes and import duties. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We cannot predict their amount or have any control over these.

  10. After you have placed your order, payment will be taken in full from your nominated credit/debit card. We must receive payment in full for the goods/services ordered prior to your order being despatched. Please see www.paypal.com for information on Paypal payments. If the information that you provide is incorrect, it may cause a delay in shipment. We accept no liability for this.

  11. Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order, so please make sure this is correct when you place your order. Specific delivery times (of those items which are personalised/handmade) will be quoted on the individual product. We aim to deliver the goods by the date specified but these are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you.

  12. When your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number and receipt. A follow up email will be sent to let you know that your goods have been dispatched

  13. Click and collect – You may choose to collect your goods from our Solihull store. Please select this option at the checkout.

  14. Cancellation of products - Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made-to-order items). If you wish to do so, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have received your order before the cancellation, then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. The same applies if your order has already been dispatched but not yet received.

A refund will be processed within 30 days of safe receipt of any returned goods provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

a) We do not have enough stock to fulfil your order

  1. b) we cannot deliver to your area; or

    c) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

    If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account as soon as possible.

  2. Returns and exchanges

    If you wish to return or exchange items for any reason please contact us to inform us of your intention to do so. Then please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed and with labels still intact and attached. Please detail your name, order number, a contact email address and whether you wish to return or exchange the item(s). Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the item has been received.

For an exchange, please detail the item and size you wish to exchange it for. We will then process your request; if we have the stock available, it will be dispatched to the same address as the first order. If we do not have the item in stock, we will contact you to organise a refund.

If the item is faulty please clearly tell us why it is faulty. Please detail your name, the order number and a contact telephone/email address. Once we have received the returned item we will assess it and confirm whether or not it is deemed as faulty. If it is, we will organise a full refund to you by the method you originally paid. If not, we will let you know and organise to return the item to you. We will also refund you the postage costs you incur in returning any items that are deemed to be faulty.

We recommend that you get a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send items back to us. However, proof of sending is not proof of receipt by us.

  1. This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out above you should not access, use or place an order with www.Jurnie.co.uk. Our terms and conditions may change from time-to-time, so please ensure you read them regularly, particularly prior to ordering goods.

Gift Vouchers

1. Jurnie gift vouchers can be used in store, online or over the phone on +44(0)1216792355. Use the voucher code at the checkout or give us a call and read us the voucher number.

  1. No change will be given.

    3. The gift vouchers are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

    4. The gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date in which they are despatched. 

    5. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

    6. If you have made a payment with a gift voucher (in whole or in part) and you would like to return your purchase, please note that you will be refunded the amount paid by gift voucher in the form of a credit note.

Competition terms and conditions

  1. The competition opens on the first day it is posted to our social media pages/ on our website/ distributed for public viewing and will close at the point stated in the advertisement/ when it is taken down from public viewing/ it is announced that the competition is closed. Entries submitted before or after that date and time will not be valid.

  2. Entry into this competition is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  3. Entry is free and No Purchase is Necessary.

  4. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no physical cash alternatives are available.

  5. The winner will be drawn at random

  6. The winner will be notified via the media in which they entered.

  7. If a winner does not come claim their prize within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.

  8. The competition is not open to employees of Jurnie, their families, suppliers or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.

If you use our site to order goods or to request information from us you will need to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computer or otherwise.
